Job description

We are seeking Relief Support Workers for our Supported Living Services in Astley Bridge, Horwich, Breightmet, and Tonge Fold, Bolton. Our services are conveniently located near local transport links and are supported by our friendly Bolton office. You will be paid weekly.

The role involves providing personal care and tailored support to individuals to enhance their health, wellbeing, and independence. Responsibilities include supporting activities in the home and community, building relationships, and enabling individuals to make choices and pursue personal development. Prior experience supporting people with a learning disability is essential for this relief role.

You must communicate effectively with service users and colleagues and have a good standard of written English for record-keeping.
