Job summary

Quarriers Lyssenmore Project is a Supported Living & Care at Home service based within North Ayrshire. Our staff team provide a person-centred approach to each individual we support, living with disabilities, mental health needs and other needs.

Relief Support Workers assist adults in their own homes and in the community, with shifts mainly in the evenings and at weekends. We offer SVQ qualifications via our accredited centre, generous leave, training and development, and life-changing work that

Quarriers Lyssenmore Project is a Supported Living & Care at Home service based within North Ayrshire. Our staff team provide a person-centred and responsive approach to each of the individuals we have the pleasure of supporting. Lyssenmore specialises in providing day to day support for 22 individuals who are living with physical and/or learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and/or sensory challenges.

Our service supports adults within the community to reach their full potential and achieve personalised outcomes tailored to their wants and needs.

As a Relief Support Worker you will provide support to adults within their own homes, homes they live in with family and out and about within the local community enjoying local activities.Your duties will be varied, and no two days will be the same allowing you the opportunity to learn and develop while supporting people to live fuller happy lives.

Working pattern

We are offering Relief contracts. Shifts will vary and flexibility is required in order to support people during the times they need. The shifts will mostly consist of Evening & Weekend work.
