Job summary

Sense via Touch Base South East in Barnet is hiring a Relief Support Worker. You can choose shifts that fit your lifestyle, supporting around 50 individuals with tailor-made social and educational sessions. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided to help you feel confident.

This casual role offers £14.58 per hour (inner London allowance included) with flexible hours across the week. A full manual UK license is beneficial for community trips and DBS checks are free.

Your Impact

Touch Base South East is a vibrant, purpose-built centre in the heart of Barnet, just a short walk from the high street. Supporting around 50 individuals, we focus on having fun and celebrating every achievement through tailor-made social and educational sessions. Your support includes:

  • Empowerment: Providing person-centred support that encourages independence and engagement.

We hire for attitude and values. This is a great role for someone looking to start a career in the care sector who can offer both commitment and a "can-do" approach. A full manual UK licenseis beneficial to assist with communitytrips.
