Sense is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our Exeter service in Devon, helping people with complex disabilities live the life they choose. You will support daily living activities, community outings, and be part of a warm, close-knit team.

Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. We're looking for Relief Support Workers to join our team in our supported living service in our Exeter combined supported living service in Devon.

This is a flexible role with varied shift patterns - Mon - Sun (8am - 10pm, 9am -9pm & sleep), paying £13.00 per hour.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to fit work around other commitments, while gaining valuable experience in a warm, close-knit team beside the Devon coast. No experience required, full training provided.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Warm, caring, and empathetic
• Reliable and flexible with availability
• Positive, with a can-do attitude

This role might include supporting people with:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning
• Getting out into the community for activities and social events
