Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Chelmsford. You will join us on a part-time casual basis. There may be an opportunity for the right candidate to be offered a part or full-time salaried role.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.21 per hour, plus benefits.

Corporation Road is a registered care home providing 24-hour care for people with learning and physical disabilities currently aged between their 40s and 70s.

About The Support Worker Role

We're looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

As our Support Worker, you will maintain high standards of service, design personalised support plans, provide emotional support, and help residents live full, active lives both at home and in the community. This includes activities such as music concerts, days by the sea, fun fairs, meals out, and holidays.
