We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our small, friendly, and welcoming team in Bidford-on-Avon. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing creative, dynamic, and person-centred support to individuals living in shared supported living arrangements.

Your role will involve supporting four people with Learning Disabilities in their own homes, empowering them to make their own decisions and choices about their daily lives. This support can include: choosing, preparing, and cooking meals; personal care; medication administration; budgeting guidance; and domestic tasks.

You will also assist with finding new interests, engaging in outings during the day to meet friends, visiting clubs, days centres, or going on holiday. Additionally, responsibilities include food shopping, liaising with families and professionals such as GPs, dentists, and opticians, and supporting social and community activities.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a great team and to make a meaningful difference. We support your career development through ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Real Life Options provides flexible employment options including days, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers. Use of your own vehicle is advantageous but not essential, as we encourage support users to use public transport.

Previous experience is desirable but not mandatory, as full training will be provided. An enhanced adult DBS check is required for this role.
