Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Relief Sous Chef for a beautiful country house hotel in Devon. £22.50 per hour + service charge, with free live-in accommodation for an extended period.

Flexible relief work within a quality-driven country house hotel, offering varied service from lunch to dinner, including afternoon tea. You will support the senior kitchen team, run sections during service, lead junior chefs, and help maintain high standards across all services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef level.
• Experience within a strong 2 AA Rosette (or equivalent) kitchen.
• Background in high-volume, quality-driven environments.
• Confidence across multiple service styles, including afternoon tea.

Responsibilities
