Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is seeking Relief Chefs for ongoing temporary work across Essex, including Chelmsford, Colchester and surrounding areas. You’ll work in hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs, golf clubs, wedding venues and contract caterers.

We offer competitive hourly rates (£17–£22+), weekly pay every Friday, flexible shifts, temp-to-perm opportunities and meals on duty. A dedicated consultant will support you throughout assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a professional chef.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Allergy Awareness Certificate.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Two recent hospitality references.

Responsibilities

• Work across a variety of professional kitchens delivering high standards.
