ISS UK Limited is seeking a reliable Security Relief Officer to cover day and night shifts across client sites in Birmingham. The role offers permanent employment with guaranteed hours and an hourly rate of £12.77.

You will enforce access control, respond to alarms, assist visitors and maintain records, while upholding ISS standards. Applicants must hold a valid SIA licence and have security experience, with strong communication and customer service skills.

• Responsible for physical security of client premises.

• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Uphold high professional standards and ISS image.
• Participate in induction and training as needed.
