Job summary

Anchor Group Services is seeking a Relief Security Officer to join the Gloucester Quays team. The role covers days, nights, evenings and weekend shifts with zero-hours flexibility. A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential, with CCTV licence preferred.

You'll patrol, monitor, respond to incidents, and maintain thorough records to ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff. You will join a dedicated security team, supporting site operations and customer service, with access to Anchor

Qualifications

• Mandatory SIA Door Supervisor Licence (DS).
• CCTV licence is preferred.
• Full 5-year employment history is essential.
• Customer service experience and confidence to handle conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre to maintain safety and security.
• Respond promptly to incidents and liaise with the public and site management.
• Maintain accurate incident records and reports per procedures.
• Operate and monitor CCTV equipment on site.
• Provide professional, friendly service to customers and visitors.
