GuardPass Limited is seeking Relief Security Officers to cover across a 24/7 operation. You will help keep sites safe, staffed and secure by providing cover for leave, training and sickness, while maintaining high service standards.

This role offers varied assignments across day and night shifts, with a focus on vigilance, incident response and professional communication with colleagues, visitors and clients. Training and progression opportunities are available within a growing security team.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding).
• Experience in security, facilities, or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Flexible approach to rotating day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide security cover on day and night shifts.

We are looking for professional, reliable and customer-focused Relief Security Officers to join our growing security team. Working across a 24/7 operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the site remains safe, secure and fully staffed by providing cover for annual leave, training, sickness absence and other operational requirements.
