Job Description

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Prevent unauthorized access to non-public areas.
• Conduct security patrols and perform locking/unlocking duties.
• Assist staff and visitors with concerns.
• Manage equipment according to procedures.
• Support and safeguard the premises, ensuring proper accreditation and clear walkways.
• Respond to fire and intruder alarms, investigate incidents, and escalate emergencies as needed.
• Report property risks and suspicious activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and discuss with management.

Essential Skills

• Valid Door Supervisor SIA Licence.
• Willingness to work Relief / Ad-Hoc hours, often on short notice.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar security role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history complying with BS7858 standards.
