Mitie has an exciting opportunity for Relief Retail Security Officers in Lidl Stores. Join a team delivering security across Greenford area; full training provided; you must drive and have access to own vehicle to reach sites. The role focuses on deterring theft, using CCTV, patrolling, and reporting incidents.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visual deterrent on the shop floor
• Safely detain offenders following H&S training
• Utilize store security systems, including CCTV and EAS gates
• Collaborate with covert security operatives
• Investigate losses and support inquiries about known offenders
• Complete accurate incident reports and company documentation
• Report crime incidents using a company-provided tablet
• Conduct routine patrols to ensure customer safety
• Record patrols in daily activity sheets
• Provide security updates during store briefings
• Conduct shift handovers to ensure service continuity
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all
