Job summary

ABM at The Sidings, Waterloo, is hiring a security officer for 4 on 4 off shifts (days, nights, weekends). You will conduct patrols, manage access, and respond to emergencies, while delivering professional customer service on site.

Applicants must hold an SIA license (Doorsupervisor minimum) and First Aid certification; CCTV license is desirable. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with attention to detail and initiative.

Qualifications

• Must hold an SIA License (Doorsupervisor's license minimum).
• First Aid certification required.
• ACCTV license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors and clients, providing a friendly, professional service.
• Perform regular site patrols and monitor/ control unauthorised access; manage emergencies as per site policies.
• Work closely with the ABM Duty management team; ensure incidents are reported and managed efficiently.
• Log incidents, emergencies, and non-conformances accurately.
• Collaborate with Environmental Services and other teams to provide unified service.

LOCATION: THE SIDINGS WATERLOO

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 ON 4 OFF, Various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Days: 0700 – 1900, Nights 1900-0700

• Hours: Minimum 12 hours per week, overtime available

PAY RATE: £15.39 per hour

Customer Service:

Required Skills and Experience

Licensing:
