Job summary

ABM is seeking a Security Concierge at The Sidings Waterloo in London. The role involves greeting visitors, patrolling the site, monitoring access, and coordinating with the duty management team to handle incidents efficiently.

Applicants should hold an SIA license, have First Aid certification, and ideally an ACCTV license. The position offers 4 on/4 off shifts, with a minimum of 12 hours per week and a pay rate of £15.39 per hour. Recruitment assistance is provided by ABM.

Job description

LOCATION: THE SIDINGS WATERLOO

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 ON 4 OFF, Various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Days: 0700 – 1900, Nights 1900-0700

• Hours: Minimum 12 hours per week, overtime available

Customer Service:

• Interact with visitors and clients, providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service.
• Perform regular site patrols,monitorand control unauthorised access, and manage emergencies as per site policies.

Communication:

• Work closely with the ABM Duty management team, ensuring that incidents are reported and managed efficiently.

Record Keeping:

• Log incidents, emergencies, and non-conformances accurately.

Teamwork:

• Collaborate with Environmental Services and other teams to provide unified service.

Required Skills and Experience

Licensing:

• Must hold an SIA License (Doorsupervisor'slicenseminimum)
• First Aid certification
• ACCTV licenseis desirable.

• Security experience within the retail or similar environment (preferable).
