Responsibilities include:

• Display an outstanding level of customer service.
• Prevent and deter unauthorized access to non-public areas.
• Conduct external and internal patrols as instructed.
• Perform locking and unlocking duties.
• Assist employees and visitors with concerns.
• Manage equipment according to procedures.
• Support and guide staff, visitors, and contractors while safeguarding the premises.
• Ensure proper accreditation for access.
• Keep walkways and emergency routes clear.
• Respond to fire and intruder alarms.
• Report property risks, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Investigate incidents and escalate emergencies as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Door Supervisor SIA Licence.
• Willing to work Relief / Ad-Hoc hours on short notice.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar security role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history in accordance with BS7858 standards.
