The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking casual relief cleaners for Greenacre School, covering staff absences and busy periods on a zero-hours basis. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, and the role focuses on cleaning classrooms, offices and washrooms, stocking supplies and occasional deep cleans during school holidays.

The position involves regular physical activity, working as part of a small team, and requires an enhanced DBS check.

Responsabilités

• Keeping classrooms, offices and washrooms clean, fresh and tidy.
• Everyday cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and emptying bins.
• Sanitising washrooms and keeping soap and paper towels stocked.
• Using cleaning equipment and products safely, following Health & Safety and COSHH guidance.
• Occasional deep cleans during school holiday periods.
• Locking or unlocking the site and keeping the premises secure.
