Job summary

Springwell Leeds Academy is seeking a relief cleaner to join our team on a casual, zero-hours basis. Duties include cleaning classrooms, offices and washrooms, with occasional deep cleans during holidays. Training starts on day one and no prior experience is required, though the role is physically active.

Enhanced DBS and overseas criminal records checks apply; visa sponsorship is not available. You will work flexibly as part of a team to keep the site safe and tidy for pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Keep classrooms, offices and washrooms clean, fresh and tidy.

• Sanitise washrooms and stock hygiene supplies.
• Use cleaning equipment safely following Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
• Occasional deep cleans during school holidays.
• Help lock and unlock the site and keep premises secure.
