Responsibilities

• Provide a visible, reassuring shop floor presence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Deter theft and anti-social behaviour.
• Carry out regular store patrols.
• Operate CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Work with store management and local police networks.
• Log and report safety concerns and incidents.
• Support multiple stores in Shrewsbury, Telford and Wolverhampton areas.
• Use Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety.
