Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (trading as ASEL) is seeking a Relief Retail Security Officer for the Grimsby area. The role includes in-store guarding, incident response, and collaboration with local authorities, based on a fixed shift pattern.

You will hold a valid SIA licence, provide a five-year checkable history, and bring right-to-work documents to interview. Training is provided for those new to retail security.

Qualifications

• You must hold a valid SIA licence to apply for this role.
• Full five-year checkable work or education history required.
• Bring right to work documents and a recent proof of address to the interview.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity.
• Assessing vulnerabilities and minimising risk.
• Liaising with management and local authorities.
• Managing vulnerable persons with empathy.
• Carrying out colleague and contractor searches as required.
• Digitally reporting incidents and using devices for planning.
• Producing detailed incident reports for client and authorities.
