Mitie is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard the shop floor, deter theft and provide excellent customer service. The role offers flexible shifts discussed at interview and a fully paid lunch break, so your time is rewarded while you recharge.

You will work with store teams, operate CCTV and Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety, and collaborate with Police and local networks to maintain a secure environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifikationen

• A valid SIA licence (or willingness to complete the training)
• A full 5-year checkable employment or education history (essential for vetting)
• A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
