Job summary

Mitie is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to protect customers and staff while maintaining a safe shop environment. You will deter theft, patrol stores, and provide exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Deterring theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences
• Carrying out regular store patrols
• Operating CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
• Working closely with store management teams
• Supporting partnerships with Police and local crime networks
• Using Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for everyone onsite
