Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Retail Security Officer to provide cover across Sainsbury's stores in Peterborough, Spalding and Bourne. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required due to regular travel between stores.

You’ll be paid for every minute on shift, including lunch breaks. Join a team focused on preventing loss, protecting people and delivering a safe, positive shopping experience for customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

• Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Deterring theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences
• Carrying out regular store patrols
• Operating CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
• Working closely with store management teams
• Supporting partnerships with Police and local crime networks
• Using Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for everyone onsite

£14.51 per hour + Paid Lunch Break

We are seeking a Retail Relief Officer to provide cover across Sainsbury's stores in Peterborough, Spalding, and Bourne.

Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, as regular travel between stores is required.
