Capability Scotland in Dumfries is seeking a Relief Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Acquired Brain Injury Service. You will provide person-centred support to people with brain injury, helping them achieve personal goals and maintain independence in various community settings.

The role may involve physical activity, such as mobility assistance and wheelchair pushes, with ad hoc hours (Mon-Thu, 10am–4pm). Based in Dumfries with flexible service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to individuals with an acquired brain injury.
• Assist with community activities and help rebuild skills and confidence.
• Support mobility and pushing wheelchairs as part of daily care.
