Job summary

Evolve Selection partners with a rapidly expanding Scottish pharmacy group to recruit a Relief Pharmacist Manager. The role is full-time and permanent, five days per week (Mon-Sat) and will cover Dumfries and Galloway, driving patient care and leading a motivated team.

You must be GPhC registered, ideally hold an Independent Prescriber qualification, and demonstrate proven leadership in a Scottish pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Independent Prescriber qualification is ideal, and support is offered to obtain it.
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is required.
• Inspirational leadership to empower a team and deliver excellence.
• Proven managerial experience in a pharmacy/healthcare setting.
• Experience in a Scottish pharmacy environment is advantageous.

They’re looking for a Relief Pharmacist Manager to drive excellence in patient care, lead a motivated team, and help shape the future of community pharmacy. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring five days’ work per week, Monday to Saturday. The role will cover Dumfries and Galloway.
