Job summary

United Response is seeking a Relief Job Coach Tutor based in Totnes, with travel across Devon, to deliver CEIAG-based training and support for young people aged 16–24, including EHCP learners. A full UK driving licence is essential.

The role is relief, zero hours, and focuses on engaging communities and facilitating progress into employment. The successful candidate will work within an educational/employment support framework, plan and deliver accredited programmes, and promote independent

Qualifications

• Experience of CEIAG (Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Experience of working with young people with SEN including social/emotional needs
• Good IT and self-management skills, flexible approach
• Ability to market individuals/services and understand supported employment processes

Responsibilities

• Engage with young people through community delivery to motivate participation and meet outcomes
• Deliver a person-centred accredited programme supporting goal setting and progression
• Plan and deliver CEIAG activities and interventions (CV writing, job search, interviews)
• Engage with employers to support labour market integration
• Support young people with EHCPs and complex needs in education/work pathways
