The Scotsman Group in St Andrews is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, delivering exceptional dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and creating memorable dining experiences.

You will oversee kitchen operations, develop seasonal menus, manage costs, and mentor a team of chefs in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or a seasoned Sous Chef ready to step up.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to nurture and develop talent.
• A passion for using fresh, local ingredients and creating innovative dishes.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
