Scottish Borders Council is seeking a relief/casual Early Learning and Childcare worker to support the ELC setting and contribute to all aspects of childcare and education. You will take an active part in other appropriate duties as required.
Applicants should hold the stated qualifications (HNC in Childhood Practice, SVQ 3 in SCYW, SVQ 3 in Children's Care, Learning & Development) and be able to obtain full GTCS/SSSC registration within three months of appointment and maintain it during
Grade: 6C
Hourly Rate: £16.92 - £18.27
Contract Duration: Relief/Casual

You will contribute to all aspects of childcare and education in the ELC setting and take an active part in other appropriate duties as required.
All successful applicants for early learning and childcare posts will be required to hold full registration with GTCS, or be able to obtain full registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of appointment and maintain registration throughout the period of employment
