MHA is seeking a reliable Domestic Assistant (Relief) at Chapel Fields, Frodsham to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents. You will work with a caring team to follow schedules, respect privacy, support wellbeing and infection prevention.

This role requires flexibility with a 7-day rota; DBS checks may be required and full training will be provided. Join a values-driven organisation committed to later life well-being.

Competenze

• Experience in domestic or cleaning work is desirable.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are important.
• Flexible with a 7-day rota and able to follow instructions.

Mansioni

• Maintain cleanliness in residents' rooms, bathrooms, offices and communal areas.
• Carry out cleaning tasks per schedules and carpet cleaning as required.
• Respect residents' privacy, dignity and personal space at all times.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and in line with COSHH requirements.
• Report faults or hazards to a senior colleague promptly.
• Attend trainings, meetings, supervisions and appraisals as required.
• Follow MHA policies on health & safety, infection prevention and safeguarding.
