Job summary

Armatus, part of the Fullerton Group, is recruiting for a Relief Corporate Security Officer in Towcester. You will protect people and property, monitor CCTV and access control, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service to staff and visitors.

Ideal candidates hold a valid SIA licence, a full UK driving licence, and can work calmly under pressure with strong observation and communication skills. This is a professional, customer-facing role within a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a corporate security officer.
• Valid SIA Licence.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own transportation.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorised activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to suspicious activities.
• Enforce access control policies and procedures, checking identification of individuals and vehicles entering the premises.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter crime and ensure a professional environment.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct investigations and report incidents in a timely manner.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of security equipment.
• Assist with developing and implementing security protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
