Job summary

Olive Dining Ltd is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support both primary and secondary schools in the London area. The role covers holidays and sickness, working closely with the development team and reporting into the head of development.

This 40-hour, term-time role offers Monday to Friday hours from 7am to 3pm, with free meals on duty and mileage paid. You’ll be joining a busy, supportive team that values growth from within and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in school or B&I kitchens preferred.
• Food safety certificate or equivalent.
• Calm under pressure and a team player.
• Good hygiene knowledge and safety.
• Flexible to quick menu/schedule changes.
• Strong communication with staff and students.
• Must have access to own transport.
