Baxterstorey UK is seeking an experienced Relief Chef to provide flexible cover across our Cheshire region. You will deliver high-quality culinary services across client sites, ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation and service standards.

Responsibilities include food safety, stock management and adapting to diverse kitchen environments while collaborating with catering staff to meet service schedules and dietary needs.

Qualifikationen

• Proven professional culinary experience in fast-paced kitchens.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (Level 2 desirable).
• Proficient in a range of cooking techniques and prep methods.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work flexibly across multiple locations and adapt to different setups.
• Strong people skills and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail in food presentation and consistency.
• Experience in contract catering or hospitality environments desirable.
