We’re looking for kind, reliable people to join us as Relief Care Workers. You’ll be stepping in when we need an extra pair of hands – maybe to cover someone’s holiday or to help out during a busy spell. Whatever the reason, your support helps keep everything running smoothly and ensures the people we care for feel safe, supported and valued.
What’s the job all about?
You’ll be helping with personal care, daily routines and the little things that make a big difference – a friendly chat, a cup of tea, a bit of reassurance at just the right moment. You’ll also work closely with our regular team and maybe the odd health professional too. No two shifts will be quite the same, but your care and kindness will always matter.
You’ll fit right in if you:
