Job summary

McCarthy & Stone in Glasgow is seeking a Zero-hour Care Assistant based at Hilltree Court, with no travelling between clients and a single, modern location to support residents. You will deliver person-centred care and help residents with daily routines and activities.

The role offers paid training, a supportive team, and competitive pay (£13.70–£15.00 per hour for some evening/weekend shifts). Applicants must be 18+, living in the UK, with care experience or a Health & Social Care Level 2

Qualifications

• Experience in care or Health & Social Care Level 2 qualification is beneficial but not required.

What You’ll Do

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Warm, friendly, and passionate about supporting older adults
• A team player who is reliable and willing to learn
• Over 18 years old and preferably able to drive but not essential.
• Experience in care or a Health & Social Care Level 2 qualification is beneficial but not required.
