McCarthy Stone Ltd is seeking a Relief Care Supervisor to uphold our high standards of care for residents in our retirement community. You will support the management and smooth running of the development, overseeing the Care and Support teams and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of homeowners.

Experience in a care or support environment is essential, with a preferred QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support environment.
• QCF Health and Social Care Level 3 preferred (alternatives considered).
• Ability to manage security and safety of residents; oversee Care & Support teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage security of the development and safety of homeowners.
• Oversee the Care and Support teams and shift coverage.
• Coordinate activities to strengthen community spirit within the development.
• Lead by example and develop team skills to improve wellbeing.
