McCarthy & Stone seeks a Relief Care Supervisor to support our Elderton Place team in Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear. You will oversee safety, wellbeing, and activities for residents, helping them live independently in a vibrant community.

We value senior care experience, a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, and strong communication. Flexible day and night shifts, with opportunities for management growth and rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent) and senior care experience.
• Friendly, organised and committed to helping older adults thrive.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork are vital.
• Management experience of a team is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and wellbeing of residents and coordinate engaging activities.
• Foster a warm, welcoming environment across the community.
• Ensure emergency assistance is available during night shifts.
