Are you a Relief Care Assistant who is compassionate, patient, and personable and would like to develop your career with us? If so, we would like to hear from you.

• Role: Relief Care Assistant (2 day positions and 1 night position available)
• Hours: Relief, ad hoc (various day shifts available, night shift is 9pm-7am)
• Salary: £13.61 per hour
• Location: Wixams Retirement Village, Bedford Road, Bedford, MK42 6EA

As a Relief Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents, including physical, personal care, and support with social activities
• Promote and support the physical, emotional, and overall well-being of our residents
• Encourage independence and self-belief
• Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy

• Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification
