Job summary

Coverage Care Services Ltd is recruiting Night Care Assistants to join our night team in Oswestry. The role covers 36 hours per week with a two-week rolling rota, including alternate weekends.

You will support residents with personal care, welfare, and night-time safety, while ensuring confidential night paperwork is completed. Experience in care is ideal but not essential; we will provide training to help you develop skills.

Qualifications

• Experience of caring for others in a care setting is ideal but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Night care duties including personal care and welfare of residents.
• Administering medication as required and completing night paperwork.
• Ensuring security of the home during night shifts.
• Taking part in the two-week rolling rota, including alternate weekends.

Night Care Assistants – 36 hours per week

We are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our care team to support the delivery of a high quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life, whilst promoting independence.

We provide person centered care which starts with a care plan for every resident. Documented in this are all the daily living activities needs and preferences; therefore your duties will include; ensuring the welfare of the residents at night including the security of the home, to undertake personal care, administering medication, and ensuring night paperwork is completed. Experience of caring for others in a care setting is ideal but not essential as we will help you to develop the skills you need.
