Base Salary: £11.96 per hour plus additional pay (see below)

Hours: To be agreed with the Estate Manager

About the role:

As a Relief Care and Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to residents, enabling them to live well in later life. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, supporting residents' activities, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and shopping support. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to make a meaningful difference through your people skills.

About you:

• You are warm, friendly, and ideally have some experience in a care or support environment.
• You are passionate about enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
• You enjoy working as part of a team in a busy setting.
• You are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• You are interested in working in the Health and Social Care sector. A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification is preferred, but relevant experience or alternative qualifications will be considered.
