The Post:
We seek a dedicated and compassionate Audiology Support Worker on a relief basis, working as and when hearing tests are scheduled. The role involves supporting the Chief Audiologist in delivering hearing tests for children.
The Candidate:
You must demonstrate previous experience and training in conducting hearing tests with children.
Location, Working Pattern and Contract Duration:
Based at The Balfour. The position is on a Relief (as and when required) basis with no regular hours. You must reside within the UK to be employed by NHS Orkney.
Benefits and Salary:
NHS Scotland salaries are higher than in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The salary ranges from Band 3 £26,869 – £28,998. Residents of Orkney receive a Distant Islands Allowance of £1,587 pro rata annually, adding value to your career.
