Penderels Trust is seeking a friendly Personal Assistant in Coventry to support a autistic woman in daily life. The role involves personal care, cooking, light housekeeping, and helping with social activities, while respecting routines, hygiene and pet needs.

You should be calm, reliable and able to work with large dogs and multiple pets. A full driving licence is essential, and a DBS check will be carried out.

Aufgaben

• Support and/or prompt with personal care such as toileting, showering, dressing.
• Assist with cooking/meal preparation and eating meals/drinks.
• Assist with household chores and general homemaking.
• Assist and encourage socialisation and activities.
• Promote friendships and independence; build a trusting relationship.
• Follow established animal training rules, especially around large dogs.
• Report accidents and hazards immediately; ensure safety at all times.
• DBS disclosure will be completed.
