Job summary

Penderels Trust in Rugby is seeking a Part-time Personal Assistant to support a woman living with a disability at home. Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support to help maintain independence at home.
• Carry out household tasks and cleaning (~3 hours per week).
• Assist with medication reminders and administration where required.
• Prepare meals and beverages as prescribed.
• Offer companionship, monitor wellbeing, and help reduce falls risk.
• Adapt duties daily to the client’s changing needs.
