Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an RME Technician to maintain a wide range of site equipment and uphold Health and Safety best practices.

The role focuses on reducing downtime, supporting apprentices, and driving continuous improvement across EU sites while working on a range of shifts to ensure site support around the clock. Qualifications

4-year UK certified apprenticeship or equivalent in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics.
Experience as a qualified engineer.
Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
Advanced proficiency in the local language (English).

Responsibilities

Proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment.
Reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
Use the latest tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
Uphold all health and safety policies and practices.
Support the development and progression of on-site apprentices.
Work on continuous improvement projects and roll out best practices across a range of EU sites.
