As a Regional Supply Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliable treatment, distribution and availability of water across the West region, serving around 2 million customers while leading a large operational workforce and managing critical infrastructure. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operational manager who can balance customer service, operational excellence, environmental responsibility and commercial performance while inspiring teams to deliver their very best.
Reporting to the Head of Production for Ruthamford, you'll have overall responsibility for the operational performance of water treatment and distribution activities across your region. You'll lead a team of around 150 people, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, customer service and operational effectiveness.
You’ll be a proven operational leader with extensive experience in water, utilities, engineering or another highly regulated, asset-intensive environment.
