Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to lead a team of technicians focused on equipment reliability across our European network. You will mentor staff, ensure safety compliance, and deliver both site-based and network projects with a data-driven approach.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and develop operational plans to improve productivity and efficiency while maintaining high safety

Qualifications

• Relevant experience leading maintenance teams in industrial/production environments.
• Experience liaising with diverse stakeholders including vendors.
• Excellent written and spoken English; upper-intermediate in local language.
• Engineering or technical degree; UK HND/HNC/BTEC qualifications ok.
• Experience with compliance checks and safety protocols in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a maintenance team across multiple sites to maximise equipment reliability.
