Job summary

Right Match Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Shift Engineering Reliability Leader in East London. The role oversees a team of shift technicians, directing maintenance plans and asset care with a focus on reliability and site KPIs.

The position involves day and afternoon shifts, with on-site work and potential overtime. Candidates should have electrical/mechanical qualifications, relevant safety certifications, and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical qualifications within the specified range.
• Degree or equivalent qualification (HND/HNC/ONC/Btech or NVQ level 3 or above).
• 18th edition wiring regulations and City & Guilds 236/2360 parts 1,2 and C.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical aspects of production equipment.
• FLT licence held and valid.
• PC/IT literate for CMMS and reporting.
• IOSH or equivalent safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert direction to improve reliability and asset care on site.
• Lead shift engineering technicians in the absence of the Asset Care Lead.
• Manage work orders and asset care plans on the CMMS daily.
• Develop maintenance plans and asset care packages per safety procedures.
• Supervise contractors on site and ensure safe delivery of tasks.
