Qualifications

• University students on track to achieve a 2:1 or better and are seeking a placement year.
• Interest in Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), reliability engineering, and asset performance improvement.
• Passion for Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Asset Reliability & Maintenance Excellence: assist in improving asset reliability and equipment performance.
• Data Analysis: analyse maintenance and production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis: participate in RCA activities and support corrective actions.
• Project planning: support milestone planning, budgeting and scope development for engineering improvements.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: explore Early Equipment Management and maintainability across lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, maintenance and operations to implement improvements.
• Group projects: collaborate with other placements on projects delivering business improvements.
• Automation development: understand automation roles and contribute to safety and performance improvements.
