Müller UK & Ireland is offering an HR Intern placement in Droitwich as part of its 13-month fixed-term Internship Programme, starting July 2027. You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR, contributing to wellbeing, engagement and talent development, with tasks spanning records, projects and policy support.

The role runs 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, in an award-winning FMCG business, providing exposure to UK-wide initiatives and collaborative projects with placement students to help you grow

Qualificações

• Currently studying at university with a 2:1 or above expected.
• 13-month fixed-term HR internship starting July 2027.
• Placement in Droitwich with 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday schedule.

Responsabilidades

• HR records and reporting support to inform people decisions.
• Lead and collaborate on HR projects with timely delivery and impact.
• Support group-wide and UK HR initiatives, aligning to key priorities.
• Contribute to wellbeing and engagement activities to foster an inclusive culture.
• Assist in succession planning and manager development activities.
• Collaborate with placement peers on a group project to build teamwork.
