Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Reliability Engineer (Mechanical bias) for its Belfast site. You will lead maintenance planning and reliability improvements to meet production goals, diagnosing faults and applying data-driven decisions to reduce downtime.

You will guide teams, develop proactive maintenance strategies using SAP and 5 Whys techniques, and mentor colleagues to uphold safety and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical apprenticeship with an HNC or equivalent.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing complex machinery faults.
• Familiar with maintenance systems like SAP and problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset care planning and drive improvements in maintenance plans.
• Root cause major breakdowns and implement solutions to improve reliability.
• Coach peers and promote proactive, data-driven maintenance practices.
