Job summary

E3 Recruitment client's international manufacturing business near Coalville is seeking a Reliability Engineer to elevate maintenance capabilities. You will lead a small team and own reliability engineering across the plant, with opportunity to influence capex-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Mechanical qualification to HNC level or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of equipment safety isolation procedures.
• Experience communicating maintenance priorities in heavy industry.
• Knowledge of plant operating principles and reliability concepts.
• Experience in cement or similar process industry is essential.
• Self-motivated with ability to assess business critical risks.

Responsibilities

• Measuring and monitoring equipment condition, analyzing trends and identifying rectification needs.
• Own work order creation and prioritize repairs or inspections efficiently.
• Improve inspection processes and job plans using new technologies and OEM data.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of plant equipment condition on an ongoing basis.
• Evaluate and improve preventive maintenance plans and inspection job plans.
